Welcome to KEBPL Stock Market Training Institute. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, attending webinars, joining mentorship sessions, using our LMS, or making fee payments, you agree to the terms below.

These terms are designed to ensure education-only positioning, lawful payments, transparent student conduct, and compliance with Indian regulatory expectations.

1) Educational Purpose Only

KEBPL provides stock market education and skill development training only.

All courses, live sessions, webinars, charts, examples, case studies, and recorded content are strictly for:

• investor education
• market awareness
• skill building
• chart learning
• risk management education
• trading psychology learning

We do not provide stock tips, buy/sell calls, portfolio management, guaranteed profit systems, signal services, or assured return schemes.

Students must make their own investment decisions.

This separation is critical for staying outside SEBI IA/RA activity unless separately registered.

3) Market Data Usage Policy

Any charts, market screenshots, examples, or price discussions shown in classes are used only for educational understanding.

To maintain pure educational intent:

• delayed historical examples may be used
• live market commentary should remain generic
• no real-time trade signal service is offered
• educational price data examples should follow SEBI delay norms where applicable

A 30-day delayed educational data approach is currently considered safer under recent SEBI proposals.

4) Fees, Payments & RBI-Safe Rules

Course fees must be paid only through:

• bank transfer
• UPI
• debit/credit card via authorized gateways
• RBI-compliant payment partners

KEBPL will never ask for:

• ATM PIN
• CVV
• net banking password
• UPI PIN
• OTP sharing

All fee receipts and invoices are generated for lawful accounting, taxation, and audit purposes.

5) Refund & Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the selected course, recorded content access, live class attendance, and batch start date.

Typical policy:

• before batch start → partial/full refund
• after LMS access → limited refund
• after recorded access download → non-refundable
• no refund for missed classes due to student absence

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment source.

6) Tax, GST & Income Reporting

All fees paid to KEBPL are accounted for in official books.

Where applicable:

• GST invoices may be issued
• payment references are stored
• refunds are documented
• institutional enrollments may require GST billing details

Students must keep invoices for reimbursement, tax proof, or employer sponsorship.

This protects against IT scrutiny and unaccounted educational receipts.

7) Anti-Money Laundering & ED Safety

KEBPL does not accept:

• third-party suspicious payments
• layered transfers from unknown accounts
• crypto payments
• overseas remittances without compliance
• cash transactions above legal norms

Any suspicious transaction may be:

• rejected
• refunded
• reported to the payment provider
• held for verification

This reduces AML and ED-related risk.

8) Student Conduct Rules

Students agree not to:

• misuse educational content as public trading tips
• redistribute recordings illegally
• run unauthorized paid signal groups using institute material
• impersonate institute mentors
• misuse brand name for advisory services
• claim assured returns using course branding

Violation may lead to immediate access termination.

9) Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, strategy frameworks, class notes, templates, worksheets, charts, and LMS content remain the property of KEBPL.

Students may not:

• resell course content
• upload recordings publicly
• create pirated copies
• share mentor presentations without permission

10) Limitation of Liability

KEBPL is not responsible for:

• trading losses
• emotional decisions by students
• misuse of educational concepts
• third-party broker losses
• slippage, gap risk, or market volatility
• options expiry losses
• execution mistakes

Markets involve risk, and learning does not guarantee profits.

11) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
